These days it seems that choice, the right to apply one’s will freely, is a quickly dissipating illusion. Who chooses the options that we choose from? The hardest questions have no answer.

And still, brave and against the odds, we choose. Sometimes this requires sacrifice or faith. But each morning we wake and choose breath, choose each other, ourselves. These are our daily liberations. This is where the legacy of our ancestors’ fight lives, where their victories are continued and deepened and expanded upon. They laid the bricks so that we may one day walk. And we are running. It is a wild dream.

This is the Choice issue.
